Yo-kai Showdown (showdown.mtwildwood.net) is run by 101Leafy. You sign in with Discord. Accounts already made with Google can still sign in with it. From them the site gets an account number and nothing else: no e-mail address, no profile picture, and no friends list. With Discord the site also asks when you joined the Mt. Wildwood server, checks that it was at least a year ago, and does not keep the date. There are no passwords.

For your account the site keeps:

• whether you signed in with Google or Discord, and the account number they gave us
• the name you picked
• whether your account is approved, waiting, or turned down
• your ladder ratings, wins, and losses
• the battles you played: both teams, the battle log, and who won

A Yo-kai Watch save file you upload is read to fill in your team and then thrown away. It is never stored.

The site sets one cookie, sd, that keeps you signed in for 30 days or until you sign out. While you sign in it also sets sd_state, which only checks that the reply from Google or Discord belongs to you and expires after the sign-in.

Your team, your box, and the light or dark choice are saved in your own browser, not on the site.

Your name, ratings, wins, and losses show on the public ladders, and your name shows to the players you battle. Nothing is sold or given to anyone. The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data and serves the pages.

Write to webmaster@mtwildwood.net with the name you use on the site, and your account, ratings, and battles will be deleted. The same address answers any other question about your data.
